Refund policy

Easy 14-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Blackout PC within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping the product back to us.


Eligibility Conditions
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Blackout PC reserves the right to refuse the return. All returned items must be in new and sealed condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
 
Nonreturnable Items
• TVs, combos, bundles and monitors 37" and larger
• Computers, motherboards, amplifiers, routers, servers, mixers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
• Any items that are bundled or a part of a combo
• Electronic software downloads
• Chairs, tables, and other furniture
• Electronic software downloads
• Consumable items (e.g., stickers, thermal paste, film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.
• Underwater equipment


Damaged and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you out. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. If your product has warranty, we will direct you to the manufacturer for repair.


Cancellation Fee
You are able to cancel your order up until the item is shipped out. There is a 10% cancellation fee that is NONREFUNDABLE. Please note that this disclaimer is on our website banner, in every product description, and is required to be check marked upon checkout.


Backorder Cancellation
When backordering a product, the ETA given is the best Estimated Time of Arrival from our distributor. We do our best to give the most accurate ETA available. Due to demand and product scarcity, this ETA can change at any time by a few months. Blackout PC cannot guarantee an in-stock date. By placing a pre-order, you will be guaranteed a card and it will be allocated to you from the distributor/manufacturer. Please be aware that if you chose to cancel a backorder, there is a 10% cancellation fee. If the item has come in stock and ready to be shipped to you, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Backorder SKU Swap

Currently, there is no way for us to modify an existing order to a different product. However, if you would like to change your back order to a different product that is in stock or another model on backorder, we can cancel your old order after you had placed a new order for 5% instead of the 10% cancellation fee.
Please be aware that you MUST have a new order in place for us to process this.
 

Refund timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will refund you. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price (minus the 10% cancellation/restocking fee). Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Refund processing time can take up to 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
