Why should I pick you?

Our small business model allows us to be completely transparent so you aren't left wondering when/if you will get your product. We communicate with our customers to ensure that they know the entire process from placing the order to getting it delivered to their door. 

What is the current ETA for my order?

As of April 2021, there are extensive delays and issues with the graphics card industry. It may take 1-10 months depending on the model as some are rarer than others. We work closely with multiple distributors to get items allocated to us but they are struggling to get them in as well. ETAs that we receive from distributors are not accurate anymore. All of our latest news are posted on Twitter and our Discord. 

How do I cancel my order?

All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee as per our TOS. Please send us an email with your order number. 

Are your items actually in stock?

Yes, we have a live inventory feed on our Shopify website that is constantly updated. If you're looking to preorder another card, please join our Discord!

What shipping methods are there?

We primarily ship domestic orders with UPS Ground. Please send us an email if you would like a different shipping method.

When can I expect my order?

Orders that are in-stock can take 3-10 business days (unless stated otherwise) to process and then we provide the tracking number once it's shipped out.

My packages show label as created but there is no movement?

Due to COVID and shipping carrier delays, please allow 48-72 hours after your label shows as created before reaching out to us.

What about for pre-orders? 

Please take a look at the ETA on each product description. The items are dropshipped from our distributors and we are actively working with them to have them allocated to you. The estimated time of arrival can change at any time and is not guaranteed.

Do I need to sign for my packages?

We are not responsible for stolen or missing package so someone must be there to receive it on delivery day. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept any returns for any products. All items come with full manufacturer warranty.

How do you prevent bots from getting there? Is the site private?

We have Google Captcha and manually input passwords in place to deter against bots. Links are private for those who fill the form out first.

How is this better than just buying from a main seller? How can you guarantee that you can get cards to people? 

We am completely transparent and upfront with what you will be receiving. We also do not allow pre-orders until we get confirmation from the distributor that cards will be allocated to us. 

How can I do a SKU swap?

If you would like to change your backorder to a different product that is in stock or another model on backorder, we can cancel your old order after you had placed a new order for 5% instead of the 10% cancellation fee.
Please be aware that you MUST have a new order in place for us to process this.

Do you do international shipping?

Only to Canada. For other countries at the moment, no. Please send us an email to work something out. 

How will the prices change with the tariff increases?

We will honor the old prices if we are able to. But if we are not able to, you will only need to pay the wholesale price difference.

Which payment methods will you accept?

We accept most forms of credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency,  etc.

What's my spot in line?

Due to the large number of orders we receive, we do not have a line system anymore. 

When are your drops?

Our drops schedule is listed on our Discord and Twitter. We have weekly drops and events. 

Will you charge immediately or when order ships?

All charges are made to the payment method used the moment when the order is placed.

How are products that come in distributed to backorders?

Everything will go to backorders depending on when they were placed. Once they are fulfilled or buyers pass on them, they will be available for drops. We notify buyers with an email and they will be given one week to respond before we move onto the next buyer.
